📌 Level 2 (Group C)
- Academic: 12th pass with 50% marks OR 10th pass + ITI/NAC.
- Scouts/Guides:
- President Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger OR HWB Holder
- 5 years of active participation in Scouts & Guides
- Attended 2 national-level + 2 state-level events
📌 Level 1 (Group D)
- Academic: 10th pass OR 10th + ITI/NAC.
- Scouts/Guides: Same as Level 2
